1. Entering the landscape - 2010
A new hotel appears in the landscape of Mamaia resort, built according to international standards; Hotel del Mar becomes one of the top hotels in the resort.
2. Restaurant Inauguration - 2011
The Del Mar Restaurant is inaugurated, a favorite room for organizing both private events and corporate events.
3. Business Center - 2013
The hotel develops the Business section and the Panoramic Hall is open, located on the top floor, dedicated to organizing conferences.
4. Expansion - 2014
Del Mar Hotel in Mamaia expands, joining 3 halls for organizing both private and corporate events: Del Mar Ballroom, Paris Hall, London Hall and an outdoor pool.
5. Del Mar Ballroom is completely renovated starting with 2020
